Outstanding service!. Simply needed to have TPMS sensors replaced. Company that installed the tires (starts with letter D) insisted on replacing tires and priced the sensors themselves twice the actual OEM cost. Tires by Design did the work quickly for an amazingly low price. They're now my go-to place for tires.
I had an appointment for a tire rotation today and the technician took one look at my front tire and said there is not enough tread left on the front to rotate. I guess he has looked at enough tires that he doesn't need to measure. At any rate, your competitor is happy to rotate my tires for me, although I had to pay for the service since I bought the tires from you. I have been a customer for several years but will be going somewhere else to buy tires from now on.
Hi Leigh Thank you for your review we do appreciate it. Sorry that we were not prepared to rotate your tires. he reason for this is the following. On visual inspection our technician noticed that not only was there an alignment issue, but also that your tire had worn down to the point that it was smooth. Also further on physically touching the tire it could be felt that the steal chords were about to come through shortly. These tires would also to have needed to be placed on the rear of the truck, the most dangerous place for worn tires to be placed. Your safety has to come first and this is the reason for us saying that we are not able to rotate your tires, your well being is our #1 priority. -The Tires By Design Team
